Payment Plan Options
Lipoplasty (Pty) Ltd offers a payment agreement option to patients seeking cosmetic surgery.
To find out if you qualify for this option, please complete the application form and fax with all the required documents to Linda Schoonraad 086 617 9897 or Hermien Hughes at 012 663 1006. We will process your application and notify you within 5 working days.
Once approved, you will be required to make a 30% deposit of the quoted price to book your theatre and the balance can then be paid in three (3) to six (6) monthly instalments.
The cost of all the procedures are available on request at the Centurion Clinic.
